Sweating is what we do….all the time. We eat. We sleep (well…we try to sleep). And we sweat (this requires NO effort). We are sweaty the moment we get out of the shower and our clothes are sweaty the moment we put them on.
The sweatiest times are the times we have on our school bus. Before the students got here, we had a swanky school bus with maximum air conditioning. Now, we are on a different school bus that is much more cozy with……(dun, dun, dun) NO air conditioning! It is a hilarious joke the teacher’s have: in Egypt you don’t just get to wear your clothes, you get to SWIM in them too.
So today we were getting off the bus after a half hour ride home from school. Today was especially sweaty because we had to wait on the sticky, hot bus for a few teachers that were running late. At our stop, my roommates and I got up from our seats and my one roommate said: “LINDSAY! I think my water broke!” You should have seen the sweaty pants on the girl………OH EGYPT. Thank you for the hiccups and abs :)
